ROCKAL Performed Pipe Section are made of rockwool fibers spun from molten basaltic rocks bonded together by a thermo-setting resin binder.
The fibers are molded around the pipes of different standard diameter at the required thickness and dried to form rigid hollow cylinder insulation, which then is linearly slit to allow easy installation
They are durable, easy to handle, cut and install. ROCKAL Rockwool Rolls comply with ASTM C-553-92 Type VII, E-84, E-119.
Application
- ROCKAL Performed Pipe Section is used over a very wide range of temperatures to insulate all sizes of cold and hot piping. Like domestic water in buildings and chemical process such as in oil refineries, chemical and Petro-chemical insulation and desalination plants, HVAC chilled water systems, oil pipelines.
- ROCKAL Pipe Section used as acoustic insulation of pipelines where gas fluids or solid particles are transferred in high velocities.
- ROCKAL Performed Pipe Section is used as a fireproof insulation for pipes and ducts in high-risk areas
Facing
ROCKAL Duct Wrap are faced with reflective vapor barrier material (Reinforced Aluminum Foil FSK).
FSK, FRK, Unfaced, Wire mesh, BGT, BGF, Kraft Paper, Vinyl Film.

شكلت روكال قطع الأنابيب الصوف الصخري، تصنع من ألياف روكال و أحجار البازلت الذائبة حيث يتم نسجها معا باستخدام آلات حرارية. تصب الألياف حول الأنابيب ذات المقاسات والأقطار المختلفة وفقا للسمك المطلوب وتدخل بعد ذلك حيز التجفيف لتشكل طبقة شديدة الصلابة لعازل الأنابيب المجوفة كما يتم تقسيمها طوليا لتسمح بسهولة الاستخدام.
التطبيق:
تستخدم قطع الأنابيب المصنعة في روكال على نطاق واسع من الاستخدامات العزل على كافة درجات الحرارة حيث تستخدم الأنابيب الباردة و الحارة بكافة المقاسات. يمكن استخدامها بداية من أنابيب المياه المنزلية إلى الاستخدامات الكيميائية مثل معامل تكرير الزيت و عزل المواد البتروكيماوية ومحطات تحلية المياه وأنظمة تبريد المياه داخل انظمة التكييف بالاضافة الى خطوط انابيب الزيت. كما تستخدم قطع الأنابيب من روكال في العزل الصوتي داخل خطوط الأنابيب حيث تنقل حبيبات الغاز السائلة أو الصلبة بسرعة فائقة.
التغطية:
يمكن أن تغطى ألواح الصوف الصخري بمادة المونيوم عاكسة للتحكم بالحرارة، كما يمكن تركها بدون تغطية.
